(b) Inc-9 is required from each director on a stamp paper of Rs 20/- that the director has not been convicted of any offence in past. It should be duly notarised.

(c) INC 10:-
Inc 10 is a format required to be attested by a notary officer or a bank officer. It should be signed by the director and it should be counter signed by the notary officer or the banker along with the photograph.
